Public Table: The Collective for the Finding of the Commons. collaboration with spurse. Exhibited as part of Public Art/Moving Site. Venues included Cambridge Arts Coucil, the Rockingham Arts And Museum Project at Bellows Falls, Vermont and ArtsSpace in New Haven Connecticut. January 2006-June 2006

This installation involved the creation of a provisional restaurant based on notions of migrancy, global movement of resources and practices of gleaning. Everyday a score was generated as a means to mediate the resources of the urban environment. Guided tours were conducted by spurse members in search of consumable resources that were later cooked according to a set of algorithmic responses derived from the movement through the city. The Commons was open and free to all participants and, in effect, became a portrait of the hospitality of a given urban environment.
